I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed with its great location right in the center of Kaprun, making it super convenient for accessing local attractions. While the hotel was generally clean and nice, I did encounter some cleanliness issues in my room that were less than ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to my stay. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't meet my expectations, particularly with the slow service.

My stay at AlpenParks was mixed. On one hand, the location was excellent, right in the center of town with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Helga, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us.
